SHIPPING POLICY

All Dirty Dish orders are sent via Australia Post.

Delivery Costs are calculated by the total weight of the your order and

will be displayed in the checkout page on our website.

PICK UP

We have a pick up option for all local orders.

Please contact us prior to placing your order so we can organise a time

for pick up from out Logan Village, QLD warehouse.

DELIVERY TIMES

East Coast Capital Cities: 1-5 days

Adelaide, Darwin & Perth: 5-10 days

Tasmania: 5-10 days

Regional Centres: 5-10 days

Remote Locations: 5-10 days

TRACKING

All Dirty Dish orders will receive a Tracking Number.

Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We pride ourselves in our beautiful high quality products.

If you need to request an exchange or refund please contact us before returning your order.

Requests must include:

  • The Invoice number of your order

  • Your best contact details

  • A brief description of the fault or issue along with photos

RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS

If order has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos.

Return of damaged goods must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been approved, we will organise your return.

CHANGE OF MIND

We encourage you to make your selection carefully as we do not accept

returns or refunds for change of mind. We are more than happy to exchange, with the

cost of postage at your own expense.
